Cancellation policy
Booking early is risk-free. Cancel by 31 July 2026 to receive a full credit towards future NXT-Global membership or event payments.
Cancellations made between 1 August and 15 September 2026 will receive a 50% credit.
After 15 September 2026, cancellations will not be credited.
Please note that credits are non-refundable and may only be used towards future NXT-Global membership fees, AGM participation, or approved network-related payments.
Do You Need a Visa for Sri Lanka?
Ensure you check if a visa is required for Sri Lanka and submit your application early to ensure smooth entry. We can assist you with invitation letters but we do not manage visa applications on your behalf.

Once your AGM registration is confirmed, we’ll take care of your accommodation booking at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience for your stay in Colombo. If you need extra nights outside the AGM dates, please let us know in advance.
