Cancellation policy
Booking early is risk-free. Cancel by 31 August 2025 for a full credit towards future network payments. Cancelling between 1 September and 15 October 2025 gives you a 50% credit. After 15 October 2025, cancellations will not be credited.
Do You Need a Visa for Thailand?
Ensure you check if a visa is required for Thailand and submit your application early to ensure smooth entry. We can assist you with invitation letters but we do not manage visa applications on your behalf.

Once your conference registration is confirmed, we’ll take care of your accommodation booking at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. If you need extra nights outside the conference dates, please let us know in advance.
